Terms and Conditions of Creatom
First of all I would like to highlight that the Terms and Conditions below completely comply with the law and Your statutory rights are very much respected.
We are extending the common T&C with only one aspect, namely: in a case of return any goods, especially original paintings, they must be shipped back in their original packaging, as they are made of corrugated plastic sheets, therefore they are giving a good protection during transport. Adhesive tapes may differ.

Creatom strictly complies with the data protection law. All data collected on the website is handled confidentially and never shared with third parties.
If the website user or customer orders as such, all data related to the user or customer will be deleted and any transactions made by the particular customer will be handled as "anonymous" on tax reports.
