Please contact us via the contact form if  You intend to return any goods. 
Please read the terms and conditions carefully on the T & C page of the website. 

Briefly, we deeply respect the statutory right of the customer. The customer has 14 days to return any goods for any reason. The customer pays the cost of returns. We only accept returns in the original packaging: in a case of return of any goods, especially original paintings, they must be shipped back in their original packaging, as they are made of corrugated plastic sheets, jiffy foam casing and a non-stick archival grade polyester wrapping, therefore they are giving good protection during transport. Adhesive tapes may differ.​
